Ananda Clinics is a medical practice based in Byron Bay, NSW., specialising in endocannabinoid and integrative medicine. The clinic works with Australians who have access to medical cannabis through the Special Access Scheme (SAS) to improve their quality of life on cannabis medicines. 

Ananda Clinics was founded in January 2020 by Dr. Jamie Rickcord, a GP who has worked in the Northern Rivers area since 2012. Dr. Rickcord is a RACGP physician who has been practising medicine since he graduated from the Imperial College, London in 2006. 

The clinic uses an approach that pairs medical cannabis with alternative treatments and psychotherapeutic techniques. Ananda Clinics provides patients with treatment that is based on wellness, meaning they use an approach that favours the body’s innate healing response.
